INFORMATION ON COOKIES REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO ART. 13 Legislative Decree No. 196/2003

In compliance with the provisions of articles 13 and 122 of the Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003, as well as the provisions of the General Provision of the Privacy Guarantor of 8 May 2014, users of the websites from which this document is referred to are informed of the type of cookies they use and the purposes pursued with the information acquired, also providing the indications for proceeding with the selection/deselection of individual cookies.

WHAT ARE COOKIES AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES. CAN BE USED

A "cookie" is a small text file created by some websites on the user's computer when he accesses a particular site, with the purpose of storing and transporting information. Cookies are sent from a web server (which is the computer on which the website visited is running) to the user's browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.) and stored on the latter's computer; they are then re-sent to the website on subsequent visits.
Some operations could not be performed without the use of cookies, which, in some cases, are therefore technically necessary. In other cases, the site uses cookies to facilitate navigation by the user or to allow them to use specifically requested services.
Cookies can also remain in the system for long periods and can also contain a unique identification code. This allows the sites that use them to keep track of the user's navigation within the site itself, for statistical or advertising purposes, i.e. to create a personalized profile of the user starting from the pages that he has visited and show him and/or or therefore send them targeted advertising (c.d. Behavioral Advertising).

WHICH COOKIES ARE USED AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE.

The websites from which we have been indicated use different types of technical, but not profiling, cookies.
The Data Controller, following the instructions provided by the Guarantor Authority in the general provision of 8 May 2014, shows below the specific categories of cookies used, the purpose and the consequence that derives from their deselection:

THIRD PARTY COOKIES

Third-party cookies are also operational on the reference websites, i.e. cookies created by a website other than the one the user is currently visiting.
Based on the provisions of the provision of the privacy guarantor of 8 May 2014, the Data Controller is required to provide the updated link to the information and consent forms of the third parties with which special agreements have been stipulated for the installation of cookies through their own sites. Third-party cookies are anonymous.
E. the use of anonymous third-party cookies is foreseen; these cookies make it possible to anonymously collect and record information on the pages of each single site consulted, but they do not allow the visitor to be identified, and are not in any way combined with other information. These data are used exclusively to trace and examine the use of the sites by users, to compile statistics on the basis of information collected anonymously and through the use of data in aggregate form.
In particular, users are informed that the web analysis service that releases cookies used by the owner is "Google Analytics", described below.
Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google") which uses "cookies", which are stored on the user's computer to allow the website visited to analyze how users use it. The information generated by the cookie on the use of the website visited by the user (including the IP address) will be transmitted to Google and stored on Google's servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of tracking and examining the use of the website by the user, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and Internet usage . We also inform users that a further service present on their sites that releases third-party cookies is the Google Maps service. The interactive maps provided by Google maps allow users browsing the site to receive detailed information on the location of the company. Finally, we inform you that videos on YouTube may be incorporated into the website. These videos, when viewed, set up third-party cookies on the user's computer or mobile device, belonging to the YouTube domain. Disabling these cookies will interrupt the functions offered by these third parties.

SOCIAL BUTTONS

On the website there may be particular "buttons" (called .social buttons/widgets.) which depict the icons of social networks (for example, Facebook, etc.) and other websites.
These buttons allow users who are browsing the sites to interact with a "click" directly with the social networks and other websites depicted therein.
In this case, the social network and other websites acquire data relating to the user's visit, while the Data Controller will not share any navigation information or user data acquired through its website with the social networks and other accessible websites. thanks to the Social buttons/widgets.

PROCESSING METHODS

The data processing is carried out through IT and telematic supports by specially appointed internal subjects. The data is stored in electronic archives and with full assurance of the minimum security measures required by the legislator.

COMMUNICATION AND DIFFUSION

The data collected will not be disclosed or disseminated.
The communication to third parties, other than the Data Controller, by the managers, internal but also external to the company structure, and by the persons in charge of the treatment identified and appointed pursuant to articles 29 and 30 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments, is provided where necessary for the aforementioned purposes, to third parties (such as IT supply and assistance companies that guarantee the correct functioning of the portal) engaged in the correct and regular pursuit of the purposes described. In any case, the processing by third parties will take place correctly and in compliance with the provisions of the law in force.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

The interested party will be able to assert his rights as expressed by the art. 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Legislative Decree June 30, 2003 no. 196, by contacting the data controller. In particular according to the art. 7, the interested party will be able to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.
The interested party has the right to obtain the indication: a) of the origin of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of processing; c) of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) of the identification details of the owner, of the managers and of the designated representative pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2; e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents. The interested party has the right to obtain: a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment is proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

The Owner is the President of Ablia S.r.l. in charge.
An updated list of managers, appointed by the Data Controller pursuant to art. 29 Legislative Decree 196/2003, is available at the owner's registered office.

STORAGE TIMES

The data is kept for the time indicated in the table above, in this document, and in any case until the right of opposition is expressly exercised by the interested party.

DESELECTING AND ENABLING COOKIES

By accessing the sites and passing the initial banner containing the brief information, the user has given his express consent to the use of the technical cookies expressly indicated in this document.
